Sun was very knowledgeable. It took him about an hour and a half to completely replace my front door locks and get them centered properly since the door wasn't made correctly in the first place. He did a great deal more than fix the key system. He noted that the door was out of trim, and removed it , corrected the problem and rehung it. He did an excellent job and charged me only for the rekeying.

Was not disappointed, he and his crew can handle almost any task. Shopped around for prices and he was not the cheapest but I'm glad I went with him. The work speaks for itself on top of that he offers a decent amount of warranty on his work in the event there are some issues. Also he accepts credit cards which helps when paying for costly repairs or modifications.

We had a fantastic experience with Affordable Locksmith Inc.. It is snowing today and we called Affordable Locksmith because our bathroom door got jammed and would not open. Sun was great. I called today and he was able to come out today. Although the final cost ended up being more than the estimate. Honestly I didn't know my front door lock was not considered a regular lock so the labor charge was more. He did a great job though, so I'm ok with the money. First of all, Sun did a wonderful job with the Next Lock. He told me he had installed many of this type of digital locks and his work showed. He was efficient, attention to details and cleaned up afterwards. He also is very knowledge of different types of locks. After he was done with the Next Lock, I had him work on 3 bedroom locks and he knew exactly what to do. At the end he gave a 15% discount. I'll hire him again.

Mr. Lee was prompt, professional and reasonably priced. He was able to set-up a next day appointment, arrived on time and we discussed the dead-bolt that needed fixing as well as rest of the front door lock mechanism that was need some repair/maintenance. The complete job appeared simple but the devil was in the details for a door and lock(s) I wished to retain. Mr Sun texted me to plan the time and offer a quote for what I needed, he arrived on time, gave great advice on the locks I needed re-keyed or changed. He was there for about 2 1/2 hours, changed 3 locks, fixed door handle, installed a keypad lock I had bought, and when he left, the doors work like new! He was extremely courteous, cleaned up after himself, and left me with 5 new keys.
Sun arrived on time and I was immediately presented with his business card. I needed 4 doors re-keyed. He got started on my job and after he was finished, he asked me to check the locks. He pointed out an issue where one door had warped so you really had to press hard to deadbolt it. I didn't think much of it at the time but after he fixed it, I'm so glad he pointed it out and I got it fixed. The only thing I would point out is to remember 4 doors is probably 8 locks (bottom lock and dead bolt). So the cost was a little more than I anticipated but I just didn't think it out. Duh. I would absolutely recommend 100%!!!

Mr. Lee was wonderful. He came in, inspected the locks we had purchased for our new home and confirmed they were great locks. However, upon opening the three sets of locks (we have three doors), he found the keys to all three to be the same - meaning others who bought those locks could also have the same key. He made us aware of the issue and actually changed the locks and keys for us on site. He also made sure the doors were properly aligned and gave us a discount on his pricing (which was already quite reasonable). I would highly recommend him for any locksmith job and will definitely hire him again in the future for any locksmith job we may have. He was polite and professional and really impressed us with a job well done.

Absolutely outstanding, Mr. Lee looked at all of the locks internal workings, only replaced the one that was worn out, adjusted the strike plate on one lock that was installed out of alignment, and rekeyed all of the locks to match one key. At a very reasonable price. Highly professional and ethical business! (I previously had a bad experience with another locksmith that quoted one price over the phone, then when he came, stated I would need all new "special" locks at triple the price)

Locksmith came during he hour promised. He quick assessed my door problem (door would not lock). fixed the problem and cleaned up thoroughly. He also suggested a remedy to another door problem (multiple keys) that we had trouble keeping up with and fixed that as well. The cost was reasonable. Sun Lee showed up at our appointed time. He was friendly and helpful, and explained our options for replacing/rekeying locks on our new house. The services were very affordable, and he gave us four key copies at no extra charge (more than we needed), which are better quality than the cheap ones you pick up in a hardware store.

The professional locksmith, Sun Lee, represented this company in the highest manner. He explained and show what could be done to fix the problem. Even help a minor problem with my screen door as well. He cleaned up any residue that fell from the work he had one.

When I discovered I didn't have as many deadbolts as I thought I had in my rental, he was happy to install another upon my request. To make my front door look nice, he moved a weather-worn looking lock from the front door to my garage door. Completely wonderful suggestion on his part!
